2nd time using this location both times my order was wrong. Everyone seemed less than enthused to be there. One worker asked "what's this" she responded "idk I just pack the bag with the stuff"
Just left the drive thru and the lady that took my order with washed out light purple pony tail and ugly nails is very rude! Had an attitude didn’t greet me or look at me just slammed the drive thru window shut after she handed me my order! Today I went there again 7/18/2025 (different day then my last review above) same lady with the smug look on her face! Get rid of her!!
I called to order pick up he said he was to busy but I was already outside and it wasn’t busy so I pulled through the drive through and he said he was busy I think he was just telling people that until it closed
The staff here is something else, really. Their hospitality and commitment to doing a thorough job while creating a positive environment is not something to be overlooked. And ofc the food was delicious as well. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you JJ
Went here during my lunch break to grab a #16 toasted (with cucumber and vinegar/oil). After ordering, the employee at the mic answers after some silence “So, no tomatoes?”…Im not sure if she did not understand English, so I explained that I did not say anything of the sort and explained again. She then answers “No cheese?”. At this point, I don’t know what to think, other than that she isn’t interested in listening or she’s scrolling through her phone.
