Just left the drive thru Karyn and the 12 year old looking brown haired boy. Where making fun of the fact I mask. I do this because i have heart problems and getting sick is serious for me. Clearly they hire immature children to work here. I came on 2/9 at 152 pm.

Nicki and her staff worked so hard fixing a Jimmy John computer problem. I was very impressive with the great customer service and kindness .
Made an delivery order. Called the store 40 minutes later to see how much longer it would be. And they said it didn't go out with there delivery driver and now they no longer have a driver in working. So I ended up with my order canceled. Very disappointed in the fact that they were not going to even call and let me know.
