Horrible service, horrible demeanor—just horrible people overall. The staff was extremely rude, and when I asked why the "regular" sandwich was suddenly the size of a kids' meal (using the slim bread), they just shrugged it off. No explanation, no care. The sandwiches are tiny now, and the experience is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and go to Jersey Mike's instead.
Good food as always. I had an online order but they didn't include any chips or cookies so I had to get it myself. Otherwise the food is really good and it was fast.
This location is awful, the service and the owner! I have emailed him a few times on how slow they are, how bad the service is and how the owner does not care whatsoever about how bad his location performs!! I stopped ordering from there over 6 months ago but was right there today and figured maybe they had gotten better. Well, that is not the case, order was incorrect and the bread was stale. Corporate should shut this fool down or force him to sell bc he is damaging the brand! Look at the reviews!!
