Everyone that works here is always nice and the food is great. But… where did the tea machines go???? Bring back the sweet and unsweet tea!!!!! I have an emotional connection to the sweet tea. That’s all I ever buy for a drink here. Please consider bringing it back

Food is still good. It tastes like they changed the BBQ chips recipe again. The decor on the wall feels less atmospheric like Jimmy John's from 10 years ago. Almost like a sterilized corporate interior design.

Avoid. They do not want you to come back after they serve you a lettuce sandwich. I ordered a Pepe and it was mostly lettuce and not much else. They know what they are doing, Not worth going back. It’s portion trickery.

We really only get food here as it’s conveniently located near us and quick. The soda never tastes right, we’ve tried multiple different ones (really not sure what would cause this, but we don’t get drinks here anymore because it was always weird). The food is decent and mostly seems fresh. The kids subs always come with like 1 slice of meat and minimal amounts of other toppings.
