Drive-through experience. No words were spoken by the person that took our card and gave us our drink and bag of food. Totally expressionless young man’s face... it was the weirdest thing uncomfortable. When he first came to the window to take my card, I said hi and notta. Long line and drive-through. So guessing they are understaffed.
Terrible location. Terrible management. Always have a negative experience here. Literally just a hang out spot for teenagers. Sat in the drive thru for about 20 min and never greeted. Pulled around and three employees just hanging out in the window with the headset on. Literally about 10-13 employees in here and not greeted in the drive thru. Who is the manager here? I don’t know why I keep trying to come back. Literally writing this as I wait for my food inside. Hopefully it’s good.
I did a delivery and must have assumed a tip was added automatically. The driver was so sweet and waited as I searched for cash because I felt so bad! He was super kind and appreciative!
Paid $10.75 for Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap that had no chicken in it. 0 stars.
