I ordered online and they didn’t leave the store to deliver for 30 minutes after another 35 minutes without the delivery I called the check on the driver (it’s very cold and snowy roads) said I could call back if still no delivery and they would send me a free sandwich coupon. Went through the drive through and asked for two slim #4s which is their turkey subs but with only turkey. Their drive through speaker doesn't seem to be working the best as half of what the worker said seemed to be cut off. They never repeated my order back just spouted off the total amount after a few minutes of awkward silence. The amout seemed weirdly high for such simple subs, which was my first warning sign, but I chalked that up to Jimmy John's having become more expansive since I last went there. Driver with a grey jeep driving way to fast on streets
Just went through the drive thru and the lady that was talking was super rude.. I asked for a meal and she said umm.. I'm going to need more details than just a meal.. she sounded super mad and so my husband and I just drove away didn't even eat there because this lady was super rude! Hope you can find better employees than the one taking orders through the drive thru.
