Ordered and paid for a combo meal. (I ordered it in the store.) Took several minutes to fill the order. When we got home I discovered there were no potato chips in the bag. I called the store and was informed that the chips were on a rack in front of the cash register and I should have picked them up.. Would have been nice if the person who took my order had informed me of that. I'm not a regular Kimmy Johnson customer.
They took forever at least a hour.
Customer service was terrible. They told people to go to Jersey Mike’s because they were too busy. Poor service.
