My wife and I ordered Jimmy John's online last Sunday night, 5/24. I got my toasted roast beef and cheddar, my wife got her Club Lulu which has turkey. Delivery time was on time, no problem there, my sandwich was decent, but my wife's sandwich only had one very thin slice of turkey, and usually has a lot more on it. Horrible service! Ordered delivery at a location 7 miles away at the same time our friends ordered theirs. They received their food 45 mins later right in front of us and the guy said it was the only order they had for here. Their food was hard and couldnt even eat the bread. I called and asked where our food was she said the delivery guy had it. I said no he doesnt because he just delivered food here to someone else.
