Rude delivery service will stick to door dash from now on when ordering
This is the second occasion I have received a salad of unsatisfactory quality. It has an unpleasant odor and appears to be curdled. The expiration date indicates that it is due to expire today. This is quite disappointing, especially considering the price. I contacted the store, and they requested that I return to the location for a refund, despite my initial purchase and order being made online. Given the current fuel prices, I find this request rather inconvenient.
For a small town location, this Jimmy John's was exceptionally well-run. The building itself was nice and clean, and the employees were consistently polite, courteous, and attentive. What really impressed me was how quickly they prepared our food. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
This is hands down the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to. Always so quick, but the biggest thing is they always get the ratio right. The sandwich artist deserves a raise.
