Not happy at all. Never had Jimmy John's outside of their promotional free things they hand out at parades. Not only was it not to order, I didn't receive ANY of the things I asked for.... mayo packs, napkins. The sub is dry and if this what they consider EXTRA toppings, I'd HATE to see their regular as-is subs. You had the chance to gain a customer today and failed.
Customer service is mid kinda sucked same with this chewy ahh sandwich dry ahh sandwich. Worst jimmy johns OAT
Whoever the old lady was working tonight on August 14 at 8:40pm was Extremely rude!. Told me she didn’t receive my order when I had proof and then refused to let me order it at the window and wouldn’t tell me how I could get a refund
It's Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. and I was literally walking up to the door and the girl locked the door in my face. Absolutely no sign on the door as to why the door is locked at 7:00 p.m. I guess someone else is getting my business.
Waited in line 30 minutes after ordering and still didn’t get a sandwich I inevitably left
