I placed an order online and it was accepted. I called and find out that there is not delivery driver today. I had to cancel the order due to that problem. My first time and last Im gonna use that service.
We love Jimmy Johns and this one has great people working there. Delivery service is still fast if they are delivering it themselves but when they use a food delivery service it is very very slow. It took over an hour via a 3rd party delivery. I get that they can't deliver if they are understaffed but I wish I knew before ordering because I can send one of my kids and do take out instead. No complaints other than that
Sub had one thin layer of ham and burnt bacon. There was more pickles on it than anything else. It was the Cubana sub. It cost $16.99. I do not recommend.
The new heated sandwiches are amazing and I hope they add them to the year round menu. Side note, it's always freezing cold and I'm a girl that runs hot, so for me to be cold it's saying something. I've watched move to the patio from the cold temps.
