Two stars for the convenience of the drive-thru. No napkins as requested. Not cut in half as requested. No mayo packets as requested. No extra toppings as requested. Sandwiches were dry and barebones, they used to be a lot better. At least I tried, but I won't be back.
Stopped in at my local Jimmy John's on Rivendale Ct earlier this month to order a couple of their promotional subs ( The Vito and the Pepe) for the $5.99 each but when I got to the drive thru window to pay the young lady said my total was $17.12 and when I asked her about the promotional price I was told oh I'm not sure I think that's online only which actually wasn't correct.
