Ordered a BLT and the bacon was ice cold and definitely had not been heated up. Had to take the bacon off and microwave once I got home so I wasn’t eating ice cold bacon. This location has unfortunately gone downhill in the past 2 years.
We got delivery for Jimmy John's. We are starving plant kids who were looking forward to our Jimmy John's and we're very disappointed in the food after a long day of unpaid labor for our school. There was more bread then toppings ok overall in our sandwiches, our chips were missing from our order but we still paid for them. To add to it, the sprite that one our kids got from the fountain tasted like sparkling water at best. That's kinda understandable though, maybe they didn't know before sending it to us but still. The sandwich was good - I had the Ultimate Italian. It had PLENTY of meat, but the cheese seemed missing, and I didn't see any sign of the mayo that should have been on there. It just didn't hit the craving I was having for a Joe's Zep from my youth. Service was fantastic. Despite not satisfying my craving - I'd say this is certainly one of the top sandwich chains and is a good value for the money.
