What an absolute joke!! They had 6 people in uniform and I waited for 40 minutes for 2 subs. No customer's in the store and I was the first one in the drive through. Not to mention it was 46 dollars for 2 number 11's. Absolutely unbelievable!!!
Freaky slow. Unsure why this location is so slow compared to others, but it always is. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes.
Update 2025: Unacceptable service for average food. Hilariously dumb email and note from their manager below. We ordered five large subs (costing over $17 each), and the workers stapled a note to our box that threatened to cancel our future orders unless we called a day in advance. The note called our order a "catering" sized order. On Jimmy John's menu, the large subs we ordered could come with a drink and chips for a "meal deal." Unacceptable service for meh food. After going to this location for years, we placed an order for five large subs (costing approximately $17 each), and received a note of complaint from the workers stating that our order is a catering order. It implies that we need to order our food at least a day in advance, and so you will no longer have our business.
