We had a terrible experience at the Ballard Road Jimmy John’s at 11:50 am today. The person at the window never looked at me and mumbled “rewards” and proceeded to ring up my order and asked for payment. When he handed me my order, I explained that because he didn’t talk directly to me I didn’t have an opportunity to give my phone number. From that point on he was rude and condescending.
