I ordered online through the app and ordered a Turkey tom ez tom ez lettuce add cheese. Also had a loyalty reward for a free drink which I didn’t receive. I called to ask for it to be remade and was advised I needed to call back in an hour to remake and deliver due to them not having the bread to remake it. I kindly asked for it to be refunded and they did agree. However no one would provide a name for me to follow up with incase it wasn’t credited to my account after a few days.
