I ordered online through the app and ordered a Turkey tom ez tom ez lettuce add cheese. Also had a loyalty reward for a free drink which I didn’t receive. I called to ask for it to be remade and was advised I needed to call back in an hour to remake and deliver due to them not having the bread to remake it. We walked downtown to see the ice sculptures on Sunday midday, we were going to stop in for a bite to eat and the doors were locked.There was no sign posted that the restaurant was closed, it was very disappointing, there was employees working in the kitchen but apparently they didnt want to serve any walk in customers. What kind of restaurant locks their doors in the middle of the day?
Went there at 6pm on a Wednesday and it was closed for no apparent reason
