Seems as if your closing crew is charging customers paying cash but not giving it to the company. Sad won't return
I'm update Jimmy John's is remaking and sending out a replacement. So more stars for the good customer service. And when food is correct it is very good. Will see if I get straw's. Didn't toast my toasted sandwich I got instead of an unwich that was a mistake on my part for getting bread I guess and don't expect your drink to have a straw .
I know it's hard but try to fulfill all the subs in an order so visitors from our of town that don't have a car and walked to the location don't get screwed out of their food and then wait 5 to 10 business days to get credited the refund for your crappy service.
