Best location around. Food is great. They make a great effort to make a really good sandwich. Always friendly service. Clean restaurant.
Went to the store in Troy. Service was awful. Did not get what I requested on my order.
I'm done with Jimmy John's, and it looks like I'm not the only one. The food is pretty good and I'll miss it (sort of), but I'm tired of the terrible service and messed up orders. It just seems like the customer is always an annoyance at this place.
Every time i go to this place they screw up my order. The guy got smart with me because i asked for extra onions said you already got extra were talking about onions that are sluced so thin yoy can see through them, i offered to pay for some more onions and he said he couldnt do that. This is the same guy when someone pays for hot peppers he puts 3 on. I eat here 3 times a week and i usually tip but i wont be doing that anymore.
