I'm done with Jimmy John's, and it looks like I'm not the only one. The food is pretty good and I'll miss it (sort of), but I'm tired of the terrible service and messed up orders. It just seems like the customer is always an annoyance at this place.
Every time i go to this place they screw up my order. The guy got smart with me because i asked for extra onions said you already got extra were talking about onions that are sluced so thin yoy can see through them, i offered to pay for some more onions and he said he couldnt do that. This is the same guy when someone pays for hot peppers he puts 3 on. I eat here 3 times a week and i usually tip but i wont be doing that anymore. I have ordered online the last three times and each time, its been 30+ minutes before my order is complete. I will not use mobile ordering anymore and just order in person.
Place an order on 6/20/25 for pickup at 7pm. Arrived at store to see a "temporarily closed" after knocking on door and employee came to the door to state " employees walked out, he was trying to contact manager with no response" said I would receive a refund in 3 days. Today 6/25/25 I hadn't received my credit so went into store.
