Place an order on 6/20/25 for pickup at 7pm. Arrived at store to see a "temporarily closed" after knocking on door and employee came to the door to state " employees walked out, he was trying to contact manager with no response" said I would receive a refund in 3 days. Today 6/25/25 I hadn't received my credit so went into store. Great place for a cold deli sandwich. Fast service.

They forgot my French bread, I had to ask for my drink and they didnt give me my cookie. The sandwiches have maybe 1/4 of the ingredients than the pictures show. Never ordering from a Jimmy John's ever again. What happened to this place??? I paid 52$ for bullshit. 90% bread. This is the WORST jimmy johns ive ever been to. I want a refund. This isn't what I was advertised or what ive ever seen at other jimmy johns in the past. Dont give me a cut and paste response.
