Fantastic restaurant we ate sandwiches and spoke with the kids about basketball and the idea that hard work wins even when things aren't going to great.
Plenty of better subs place then this one with faster service with a smile....I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. The service was terrible from start to finish. The drive-thru wait time was over 30 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of going somewhere that advertises “freaky fast” service. There was no sense of urgency at all. The drive thru is a trap. I've been stuck here for 14 minutes now and there isn't a way to get out. They make it so you can't get out if they are taking forever on the order 2 cars ahead and you can't back out.
I used to go regularly, but I haven't been here in about four months period. I walked in Brandon, I'm guessing manager knew my name and knew exactly what I wanted.Now that's what I call customer service. Whatever he's getting paid isn't enough. I may not go to any other jimmy jones, but I know I'll be back to this one.
I guess you get less drink when you ask for light ice....
