Since the toasted subs they took the freaky out of fast! We waited 20 minutes in the drive through with no way to get out and the order was wrong. When we called they were clueless to everything and anything happening. Jimmy John’s has forever lost yet another customer
Awesome customer service, and really quick food. I recommend the unwhich.
Ordered a basic slim 5 in the drive thru, waited 10 minutes and still got the incorrect order. Word of advice, focus less on closing early and getting the simple orders correct for more repeat customers.
