I have ordered from the Antioch, Illinois location a few time and every time the order is not done correctly. I t is always missing something and things added that I do not want on the sandwich. I do not believe this is a communication issue but there employees cannot follow simple instructions. This last sandwich I had my daughter pick for me was a turkey club light mayo light lettuce no tomato. When I got my sandwich it had very little turkey no bacon and had tomatoes on it. We have gotten a #9 for years, always good, consistent quality. Today it was just bad. Lettuce wasn't fresh, WAY too much mayo, sandwich was poorly constructed. Honestly, it was a real disappointment.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered delivery at 11:07AM, it currently is 12:13PM I still have no food. I called at 11:45AM to get an update and they said the driver just left, and that it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later still no order. I LIVE 1.3 MILES AWAY (5 minutes) DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I called to see if they serviced my area and they left me in hold for over 20 mins. I stayed on phone to see if they’d come back on, but had to hang up. We took our business to Jersey Mikes!
