Ordered at 9:50 online. Took order and my money. Five minutes later I get a call that they shut their ovens off at 9:45pm. They will issue a credit to my card. No offer for a future purchase, just a screw you, we are closing early. Will never order from Jimmy John's in Antioch il again.
They messed up my order..again. I called the store and I was told the manager would call me back. It's been over a week now and I have called several times and the manager still will not speak to me or give me a refund!
Ordered online just for them to call and tell me they have no delivery person. Wasted a reward code and now I have no lunch. Horrible service.
Very rude people and sandwiches had far less meat than other Jimmy John's. Can't recommend this place.
