They gave me the complete wrong sandwich. I was taking it home to eat so I didn't see it till I had already left so there was no fixing it. I got a BLT and was given something else that I didn't order. I think this is not great service. The sandwich was still good but not what I payed for.

I don’t often write reviews for places, but this Jimmy John’s is the best! I live out of town and work here in Ann Arbor. I have a jimmy John’s close to my home that I rarely go to because the staff is often not very friendly and my food takes forever. But the staff at this Jimmy John’s on Zeeb Road is AMAZING!
