I am writing to report a repeated issue at the Saint Lucie West Jimmy John’s location. On at least FIVE separate occasions, my husband has ordered subs from this location, only to discover after getting home (25-30 mins away) that there is NO meat at all on the sandwich. This happened AGAIN today, and I have attached a photo of the sandwich and receipt as proof. We came twice while on vacation. They remembered our order the second time we came in. Professional and upbeat. Our only wish is we had a Jimmy John’s close to us in our home state!
Ordered a turkey n cheese for lunch today (online) for pick up. I get back to work open my sub and this is what I got... no cheese , barely enough meat. First 4 bites were just bread. I definitely didn't expect this as acceptional service but good to know!! Thought I'd warn everyone else b4 they waste 12$ like I did today. Never again
