My last time there I was shocked by how rude the manager was. He said his name was Anthony. When I forgot to ask for no tomato, he snapped, that's why you order at the register then proceeded to talk about me to the other employees. The usual order taker no longer works for them and it shows in how rude they are now.
Wicked Slow! If you order delivery they use third-party service without warning. Over an hour to get my delivery once received my pop had no syrup. I filled out a survey and the GM for the Ann Arbor thought simply returning my money for the pop was sufficient. Two really easy solutions, warn your customers of long delivery times and warn them of third-party delivery service. I want to like Jimmy John's but if this is what the district GM thinks customer service is then I will not be returning.
I ordered from here today for lunch and they were absolutely SWAMPED. The lunch rush here is no joke and each employee was still incredibly kind and doing their absolute best even though it appeared that their customers were becoming quite impatient. Shout out to them!! They’re doing a great job.
