I have to give credit where credit is due amd the staff here are 10/10 i go at least 3x a week and get lunch for my Fiance' and every visit they are super friendly! But today Stormy did me a favor without hesitation! They rock here!!!! These interaction i had eith stormy and the team there today seriously made my day!!
Not freaky fast service like I expected. Notice that it was only one person working seeming like she’s been stressed out so I asked and she was trying to complete a catering order BY HERSELF. Jimmy John’s, do better for your workers, give them the time and help they need. If your prices are going up then so should wages

I ordered a toasted club lulu online, and ended up with a sandwhich that had prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeños. I called and informed them what I received was definitely not a club lulu. They asked if I could go back for the correct sandwich, I replied of course. I asked them if they wanted the jalapeño concoction back when I returned; they replied no.
