Wicked Slow! If you order delivery they use third-party service without warning. Over an hour to get my delivery once received my pop had no syrup. I filled out a survey and the GM for the Ann Arbor thought simply returning my money for the pop was sufficient. Two really easy solutions, warn your customers of long delivery times and warn them of third-party delivery service. I want to like Jimmy John's but if this is what the district GM thinks customer service is then I will not be returning.
