Always go here during lunch time, so quick, always friendly, and food is always good.
Worst location i have ever been to. ordered $40 worth of food and they would not accept a $50 bill to pay for food. That is ridiculous. Then tell me there is a sign on the door that says no large bills. The sign is on the window and at waist height. If you want someone to read something put it on the door at eye level. I hope this location goes out of business.
Terrible customer service. Employees ignored me for 3-6 minutes while I stood waiting at the register. Never greeted me, never looked at me. They simply kept working on a large order. I would've been happy to wait if they'd had the decency to say hi and ask me to be patient. Additionally, the last time I visited this location, they made every delivery order before making my in person order. Waited 15 minutes. Avoid this location.
Food wise I like Jimmy John's but I'll never eat at this location again and I'm writing as not a customer but as a doordasher this time so I show up for order some cocky manager tells me that it's going to be a 20-minute wait it was a larger order so I said okay so I waited about 15 minutes watching customers eat an leave so I asked the cocky manager what's going on why am I'm not getting my order he said because the customers that walk in the door they make more money off them so I let my customer know what he said and she ... read more
