Ordered online 30-35 minutes before I drove to their location. I spoke to the employee at the drive through and informed him I placed my order online and I ordered pick up via drive through. He told me ok. I waited for 10 minutes before I got to the window. Then they tell me it will be about another 5-10 minutes and then to pull around to the front and come in and wait. This store seems to have abandoned the “freaky fast” slogan a long time ago. There is rarely an apology for the delays, and does not seem to be any sense of urgency in the store. Furthermore, the language in the store by workers while I waited in the drive-thru was unacceptable and inappropriate. Management needs to get a better handle on this store.
Watched worker sneeze in hands, go blower his nose in napkin, now the whole time in kitchen, throw napkin away and never washed his hands!!!! No gloves handling food! So gross on all levels! Hard rock music blaring while trying to eat! Terrible! Will not ever come back! Unsanitary!
I placed a complex order and they got everything right. Very fast and friendly.
