This would be my second time having delivery from them. Why does it take over an hour and I live four minutes away when they’re supposed to be known for fast service The food is good typically but after waiting so long, you don’t even want it anymore

Honestly, this was my first time to Jimmy John’s, and I really don’t see what the hype is about. I think from here on out I’mma be a Jersey Mike’s kind of guy. I literally wasted $16 on a sub and a cookie

I've been a loyal customer of this Jimmy John's for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I placed a mobile order for three sandwiches, three chips, and three drinks. When I got home, I discovered one of the sandwiches had been left out. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What concerned me was how the situation was handled.
