They never delivered my food. This store is garbage.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Jimmy John’s located at 207 W North St, Normal, IL. I placed a delivery order at 12:27 p.m. for a sandwich and a drink. I live less than a mile from the store, yet after 40 minutes with no update, I called. The person who answered — who claimed to be the manager — said he didn’t know where the driver was and told me to call back in 20 minutes.
