Last night I ordered dinner for my family online. One of the subs was NO onion, there was such onion on it. The onion was so strong, picking it off was not an option. Maybe if we order again, it won't be online, so we can watch them make it.
I go to this jimmy john’s pretty often and have had no problems. I go last night and i place an online order with a sub, chips, and a drink. I get my order but did not receive my cup, so i go up to the cashier to show her my order and proof i didn’t get a cup. The cashier tries to grab it from me saying “this isn’t your order” then realizes she is wrong she rudely hands me the cup.
