I asked if I could cut my giant sub into quarters “Sorry, we can only cut it in half” You can only cut a giant baguette in half or not at all? Come on. That’s very silly.
Will be contacting tomorrow morning since they closed at 9pm tonight. My boyfriend just sucked a sucker stick through his drink. That is appalling. I tried to call the corporate number and got no response, this is very unpleasant. Apart from this experience I would say this place always exceeds but whoever they have working today/tonight really let the bar down. Gross.
I ordered online hours ahead of time to be delivered, and they didn't show up for over an hour after the time I selected. So lunch break was over by the time they got there. Also I ordered food to be picked up, it wasn't ready when I got there, no one acknowledged me the whole 10 minutes of me standing there, and they saw me. Understaffed, no customer service skills whatsoever and not freaky fast at all.
