Came in around 7:30PM on a Friday and two gentlemen provided the utmost premium service. Speedy sandwich making and friendly attitudes. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but I want to give a shout out as I left with immense customer satisfaction.
Been coming here for the last 10 months since relocating work locations and come 2-3 times / week… today I’m told they can’t cut my sandwich diagonally has to go down the center… show me “this corporate rule”.. it’s happened in this store almost every time and every other JJ I go to… baffled they wanted to argue w me on which direction my sandwich is cut.
I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s! I placed a giant order, and I was honestly expecting it to take a while — but they had everything ready extremely fast. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, organized, and made sure everything was correct before I left.
