FREAKING TERRIBLE 😡😡😡 As an ex manager at a downtown JJs I’m furious at how bad this store is. No tuna was made, so I had to get the vegetarian, my bf ordered our TWO sandwiches, I was at home with a subluxed shoulder in a ton of pain, I’m so angry right now. All I wanted was a dang tuna sandwich that had LIGHT peppers, cut in half, all freebies. THEY DID NONE OF THAT! NONE! changing my review from 5 stars( the staff is wonderful)to 2 stars because i was just informed that when i order online and tip the staff doesn’t get the tip. how lame. where does that money go then? totally not fair to the staff or the customers who intend it for them. i’m not tipping the owners or management. the staff should get my tip. this upsets me quite a bit, actually. i come here three times a week so that’s a lot of money i have spent and tipped that they didn’t get. this is also illegal. lucky you don’t get sued
