I placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, but only one was delivered. When I called to let them know, there was no apology and I was told it would take a while to bring the missing sandwich because their driver had six other orders ahead of mine. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called again. They didn’t answer until my third attempt, which was from a different number. Ordered online. Came in 15 mins later, and the employees were just sitting and talking. I told them I made an online order, and the proceeded to keep talking while taking 10mins to make two sandwiches.
Showed up at 8:35 and doors are locked with lights off, but you can see workers chatting in the back. They close at nine. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
She turned down a $100 order at 8:42 because the grill is “turned off for the night” I am standing outside of the store as I type this. Unacceptable…
