Check your bags going out of the drive-through. Missing forks and napkins. It’s great when you get to your destination without it.
Paid for extra meat and toppings and they messed up my order. I made sure I didn’t miss click in the app and no they just messed it up charged me too much and didn’t care. Just buy a pre made sub from the gas station. 0/10 do not recommend.
Happened before, only half my sandwich had meat on it. The rest of sandwich was nothing but hard bread.
Been going to this Jimmy John’s since it opened and something terrible has happened to it the past few years. They got rid of their delivery drivers which took away the one redeeming quality of the shop (being “freaky fast”). The service when you go to the shop is awful — like you’re bothering them for wanting a sandwich. They’ll close a solid 30 minutes before their posted closing.
