EDIT: things seem to be improving. Online orders are not as slow as they once were. Very appreciated! Placed an online order, went in-store to pick it up. Wasn’t busy but 4 different parties came in and got their food and left before I finally asked where my order was. They acted confused and shuffled around some receipts and found my order. It then took 10 more minutes for my food to come out even though there were no other customers. Truly crazy. Was here for 30 minutes waiting for 2 basic sandwiches.
EVERY TIME, EVERY TIME I order, they start making it before I'm done ordering, and EVERYTIME they miss my ad ons. I get the same sandwich EVERY TIME and they mess it up. I'm so frustrated with the process.
I was traveling through the area, helping my niece buy a car. We stopped here for lunch. It was very busy, but very fast and friendly. Our cashier, Angel, was helpful and outgoing. Turns out she was the delivery driver stepping in to help out between deliveries.
