The wonderful young lady at the register was such a delight today. A gentleman in front of us was struggling to push the buttons on the machine and didn’t know how to use the app. She so kindly assisted him with great patience, without hesitation.
Super helpful over the phone and took the time to answer my questions, and stayed friendly and patient the whole time. Thanks so much!
EDIT: things seem to be improving. Online orders are not as slow as they once were. Very appreciated! Placed an online order, went in-store to pick it up. Wasn’t busy but 4 different parties came in and got their food and left before I finally asked where my order was. They acted confused and shuffled around some receipts and found my order. It then took 10 more minutes for my food to come out even though there were no other customers. Truly crazy. Was here for 30 minutes waiting for 2 basic sandwiches.
