Online orders at this location are consistently piled up on the back counter with no one packaging them up. So annoying to come in 15 min after ordering and just seeing your sandwich sitting there and waiting for some employee to finally come and bag it up.
Edit: I began going frequently this year and have never had an issue since my last review at the store. It has gotten a lot better and the food is always good and everything is clean! I go here quite often since it's close to my class. Overall the food is amazing! The only issue seems to be the staff they never seem to care too much about the customers. too slow
Said online open till 3am walked over in the snow and got there at 11pm, lights off and chairs on the tables but the worker still at register , I try to open door and its locked the worker gives me the side eye. Doenst come over to unlock or tell me they are closed , I get closing early like 30 min but closing almost 4 hours early is crazy and I was pissed.
