NEVER order online from this store!! They don’t pay attention to them. Multiple times I’ve ordered online and the status never changed from “Received” to “Out for Delivery” until 30-40 minutes passes by, and I call to ask about the status on my order. Their answer is literally always the same no matter what time of day it is; “Oh, yes sorry we were really backed up but we’re making your sandwich now.” So not only are they lazy, they also lie to their customers instead of taking accountability and owning up to their mistakes.... read more

Staff are outgoing and friendly- had an entertaining conversation with Chris while he made my sandwich (it slapped).
Location was a little busy due to it being right off of Purdue's campus, but I was able to order at the counter and get my food quickly during my lunch break!
