It is really hard not to like the food.. but when it takes 20 minutes uses at the drive through window, its discouraging how this happens every time!!! Owner needs to hire more people or train on how to manage service
I placed a Mobile order for 1 Sandwich at 12:35pm. The Mobile “Promise” which is promoted In-Store is “No Line, No Wait.” When I arrived at 12:42pm, there was a long line of people. That’s OK, I thought. My Order is already in the Queue. Then, after about 5-6 minutes of waiting, I noticed that the JJ Rep at the Cash Register was taking Orders - some from groups, and placing the ahead of an Order that was at the end of the line. Freaky slow… This was the first time I’ve been to a Jimmy John’s where they ran out of bread, and they said it would be 20 minutes until they could bake more. edit: Case # CAS-1456955-R7H7R5 (No Response from JJ)
