I'll be honest. I went here years ago to experience something new. And I was very disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service then. The young man who served me was not very friendly at all, and screwed up my order, them proceeded to give me snark when I tried to help correct it. So slow and not well run. Placed an online order but had to wait in drive thru since the lobby was closed during dinner for some reason. Got to the window and they don’t have any wheat bread. Just keeps adding up… classic
We like JJ's but it's just not worth the money anymore. $30 for two sandwiches and there was $2 worth of meat. Won't be getting this again anytime soon
Messed up both of my sandwiches asked for no mayo due to an allergy and got the most mayo I’ve ever seen on a sandwich
Took forever and got our sandwiches wrong there was no o e in front of us in line horrible
