Just ordered the new Sicilian sandwich, which is supposed to have ham, salami, and capocollo. There is not an ounce of meat on this sandwich.

I'll be honest. I went here years ago to experience something new. And I was very disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service then. The young man who served me was not very friendly at all, and screwed up my order, them proceeded to give me snark when I tried to help correct it. But recently, I met an employee and told them about the experience I'd had. They asked politely if I'd be willing to give it another try, so I did.
