Free smells
Love jimmy John but this store is always closing early! Drove 20 minutes here to arrive 30 minutes before closing only to find they were closed. This is at least the 3rd time in several months they've closed early. Very disappointed if you say your open till 9 that means 9 not 830!!!
Art is the owner of this and other locations terrible person to work for the a/c was out for a week and he had us working in 100+ degree temperatures and when I said I couldn't work in that heat I was fired. Management and owner is a joke would not recommend working there or eating there people don't wash their hands like they should,don't properly wash the dishes like they should just terrible experience overall.
Food never arrived. Ordered at 4:45, never showed as on the way, so we called at 5:15 they said the driver had just left. 30 minutes later we called back and they couldn’t locate the driver. After an hour, I requested a refund because who knows where the food has been at that point. This is not the first or second time this has happened either. The food is usually decent, but the delivery needs improvement for sure!
