Love everyone who works here. I am real life obsessed with Jimmy John's and every time I work I get a sandwich.
Took 30 mins for the sandwich to get delivered 1 mile from the store, and they brought a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called and they said they would send a replacement. Took another 40 mins for this one, and it was a toasted sandwich that was completely cold. I worked at Jimmy John's about 15 years ago, and the standards of employee performance were much higher than they are today.
