This location really needs to get it together. I have continued to give them chances cause I genuinely love Jimmy John’s, but at this point, I’d rather drive to Norfolk than order from Columbus location again. Three orders in a row have been incorrect. Each time I received a sandwich I didn’t order, and parts of my order were missing altogether. Waited over 30 minutes for my order in store today. I love Jimmy John’s, but a 30+ minute wait time is crazy.
