I'm very frustrated. I love JJs however my sandwich was out for delivery from 11:10AM until 11:58AM. When I called management, I made a comment, "So much for freaky fast." And she said,"Well, thank you!" In a VERY SMART ASS tone. I work in Healthcare and only have about 15 minutes for a small lunch. The last time I ordered, a soda ordered by someone else, spilt in my bag and ruined my sandwich. Again management did NOTHING.
Lol, they put the order-pickup sign near the online order-pickup sign (and think it means the same thing), and meanwhile act like it is silly to not expect sandwiches to show up on the opposite side without the sign. Every other JJ's ever has that sign in where they serve you.
This location really needs to get it together. I have continued to give them chances cause I genuinely love Jimmy John’s, but at this point, I’d rather drive to Norfolk than order from Columbus location again. Three orders in a row have been incorrect. Each time I received a sandwich I didn’t order, and parts of my order were missing altogether.
