Worst sandwich in the history of sandwiches. Went through the drive through and ordered a #7 with extra extra peppers. Not a single pepper on it!!! Barely had any lettuce, a couple tomatoes and a few cucumbers, all in all it was just bread. Never again will I go to fremonts JJ!!! And no, I do not want to come try another one. Went through drive thru and there wasn't a line during my lunch break. The Vito Un witch was tasty and a big pickel cut in 4 spears service wasn't freaky fast but I did get an apology... so you still get a 5 star. Thanks
Supposed to be freaky fast delivery, but it took them an hour to deliver one sandwich that’s a little bit ridiculous
For a Jimmy John's staff does a great job.
Place an order at the drive thru. Had to repeat it several times. After getting to the window he repeated the order ands it was not correct. I wanted my sandwiches toasted. A woman making sandwiches said it was too late to toast them. Then I waited about 20 minutes for two sandwiches thinking they remade it the way I ordered it. They didn’t. They are slow. They have terrible customer service. Nobody follows up with reported issues. Edit: I have already submitted my feedback on this and nobody has followed up.
