Most of JJ’s locations have been disappointing, but this one was by far the worst. I placed my order through the app marked ASAP, not ready in a hour. I went in to pick it up, but my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf. When I asked about it, an employee told me they were still making it, so I waited another 10 minutes. I love Jimmy Johns. But this was the 2nd time in a row that I've ordered and our food was made wrong. After a 45 minutes wait for the delivery.
