Had delivery scheduled for 10:45 and finally called at 11:10 and was told it was on its way and when I explained that I had it scheduled for a reason and couldn’t wait they said he was on his way. Called back 5 minutes later still no food and said just cancel my order and refund my money. Got put on hold for a few minutes waiting for the manager to get on the phone. He was on the phone with the driver and just said he would refund my money not a sorry or what can I do to fix this.

Most of JJ’s locations have been disappointing, but this one was by far the worst. I placed my order through the app marked ASAP, not ready in a hour. I went in to pick it up, but my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf. When I asked about it, an employee told me they were still making it, so I waited another 10 minutes. During that time, I watched several customers who arrived after me receive their orders first. I asked again because it seemed like it was taking far too long for a sandwich. I love Jimmy Johns. But this was the 2nd time in a row that I've ordered and our food was made wrong. After a 45 minutes wait for the delivery.
