I ordered a veggie sandwich to bring to my wife. I requested extra tomatoes and cucumbers. When I got it to my wife, after she finished work, she found on this large sub, there was a TOTAL of 3 tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices. This was second time this happened. Very disappointing. I don’t think I would go back.
The food is always good. You just have to remember to cut the sandwiches in half on online orders.
I'm not sure what's going on. $14 for a 6 inch sandwich, chips and a tea. I was on the road, grabbed my order, stopped at Fremont Lakes headed west and opened the sandwich---"gotcha". Miles away and I was like what is this 6 inch sub for $14! Counter help, servers--great, but 6 inch sub for over $10 bucks? NO! Multiple reviews in the bad zone and responses that don't do a thing to make up for it. Okay, got me once. I'll go elsewhere; folks read my review and can opt to do the same until owner/manager get right.
Not sure what's going on at this location today. Maybe a manager isn't present but poor service, couldn't complete orders, lack of notification.
Worst sandwich in the history of sandwiches. Went through the drive through and ordered a #7 with extra extra peppers. Not a single pepper on it!!! Barely had any lettuce, a couple tomatoes and a few cucumbers, all in all it was just bread. Never again will I go to fremonts JJ!!! And no, I do not want to come try another one.
