I ordered a meal for delivery around 2. When it hadn't shown up around 3 I started to call the store. Nobody would anwer. I called 3 times before finally getting an answer at 3:30, the manager knew it was me before I told him so I'm sure he was avoiding my calls. He told me his driver was out until 4 and he couldn't find anyone to deliver the meal and asked if I would just come pick it up so he didn't have to refund my card. Just an FYI. Don’t go there if you only have a $100 bill. Because they don’t take them and no where is it posted that they don’t accept good money. A hundred is the new twenty nowadays. Get with the program, cash is still king and always will be. Regardless, left with no sandwich for lunch! Highly disappointed.
Verify that a large order is correct! The sandwiches were great, but we ordered $155 dollars worth of sandwiches, and didn’t get 3 of them. That’s a bummer when trying to feed everyone at a birthday party. Worst part was, one of those sandwiches was the birthday girl’s and she is a picky eater. She just ate chips.
The delivery guys are always so kind - the food is going downhill though. A $13 meal incurs tax and a $6 delivery fee! I won't be ordering delivery anymore - can't afford the fee and the tip on top of the fee.
