The bread was not cooked and our order was prepared incorrectly. We normally love jimmy johns but were extremely disappointed by this experience after waiting 15 minutes for our food. Despite there being 3 workers and basically no line.
No matter which location you order from. It’s awful. Every time you order a fountain drink it’s ALWAYS flat or sour from them not switching out the syrup. Or no ice.
For 10$ a sub should have softer fresher bread. Maybe they over cooked it 🤷🏻♂️ but hurt my gums just dealing with the hard bread.
They are always closing down early, like what’s the point of having hours if they aren’t even true
