Straight up thrift! When you order lunch through jimmy john's website for delivery to your workplace and it's delivered to the wrong workplace, Jimmy John's is responsible for making sure of the delivery. Well, this location's manager decides today. It's not their decision, and they don't need to find the lost food, they tell us to call Uber, because it's uber's fault, even though we didn't use Uber, we used Jimmy John's. Great sandwiches, but I'm still stuck on the fact a microwave is too slow...so instead, stone cold bacon for your BLT o.o
They had signs on the menu saying they didn't have change months ago. The past few times I have gone they took the signs down. Was never told before I placed my order that they didn't have change. How do you run a business with out change? I'm taking my business to jersy mikes from now on.
