Won't refund missing food delivered by an Uber driver on an online order. There's no indication beforehand that ordering delivery on Jimmy John's website will lead to an Uber delivery; after placing an order you'll receive a text that the store has set up an Uber delivery for you. My order took forever to be delivered and, and my order wasn’t fully correct.
Good evening all, I am sorry to write such a negative review. I have been looking forward all week to have a Jimmy John’s. Recently, it has been hard for me to eat out. What I would advise; do not go here; it is a college location and therefore this location hires people that do not give a… When I told them my order, they blurted, “no unwhiches.” No offer of substitute or even eye contact. Very poor. We were not greeted when we walked in and there was no clear indication where to order. Skip!
