I ordered online, and they got all of my food to me relatively quickly. The food was fantastic, as always, and it was fairly priced as well. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because their day old bread wasn't available through the online order, which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a great experience!

I have been coming to this store for seven years. Today I was appalled by the “manager” — After a simple mixup with a sandwich, I proceeded to call. She hung up on me. I called back and there was no answer. I then called from a different number and was told I was retarded and had to come back to the store in person to make any refund happen. When I got there, I was accused of calling them multiple times back to back which I didn’t. I Posted the full video to Reddit.

Honestly couldn’t be more upset, placed and order at 10:50 and restaurant says it’s open till 1. Drove 15 minutes to pick up food and as I got there they said “we close at 11 so we voided your food” I work in restaurants and understand this kind of situation but this is ridiculous.

Good sandwich, everything else was not. Lobby had music playing, but when we sat down it was turned off. Felt like they wanted us to leave, soda from soda machine tasted off, decided to swap the sauce on my sandwich when i ordered, then sat and had an employee openly and loudly complain about subbing the sauce on the sandwich. Go to drivethrough if going here.
