Amanda was incredibly rude.
The food and service here and holly oak are awful. I tried the new one in st.peter and the service was fantastic and they served fresh food! The holly oak locations veggies are always sour and rarely have fresh bread.
Won't refund missing food delivered by an Uber driver on an online order. There's no indication beforehand that ordering delivery on Jimmy John's website will lead to an Uber delivery; after placing an order you'll receive a text that the store has set up an Uber delivery for you. I understand they don't have drivers staffed at the moment. I only received half of a giant sandwich, it was missing ingredients, and when I called the store and spoke with a manager about this, they were confused why I was calling and didn't know ... read more
