Horrible service at this location on multiple occasions!! Finally felt the need to leave a review to warn others.
I think I have ever in my life left 1 or 2 reviews on a business. I tried not to go this route but, after a simple Ham and cheese sandwich on Memorial Day resulted in a 5 day stay in the hospital with FOOD POISONING (per the actual doctor), the “owner” calls me to let me know “you must have had an allergic reaction because my staff & I ate the same thing that day and nobody else got sick”, I figured the rest of the world would need to know to be cautious before eating here. The people at this Jimmy John’s are freaking illiterate how hard is it to read a damn receipt !!!!! $10 for a sub WITH NONE OF THE THINGS I ASKED FOR ON IT!!!! You work a damn sandwich shop it’s not hard to do your job right.
This isn’t a one-off gripe. I have rarely ever left a negative review of any establishment, but after more than a dozen chances that were given based on benefit of doubt, a history of brand loyalty, and location convenience, I finally feel compelled to warn other consumers of a seeming lack of care concerning even the remotest of quality control or pride of product regarding this location, which ultimately can only be read as a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and money.
