I had an outstanding experience at the Jimmy John's in Winter Haven today. The gentleman by the name of Gabriel who was working the 6:20 p.m. shift and assisted me provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. He was friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed to care that every customer had a great experience.
