The cashier was on his phone and wearing headphones. He didn't hear anything I said until he took them off. Poor customer service.
Good people good for experience and good place
If I could leave 0 stars i would. This is the second time in several weeks I have come here and they have been out of bread. Also asked for a toasted sandwich and they did not have a toaster. If you want regular bread for your sandwich I try anywhere else.
This has got to be the worst Jimmy John’s in the country. Everyone “working” there is overpaid, that says a lot. The last time I ate there I got food poisoning. Don’t eat here.
I put in an online order, but when I arrived the store was locked. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to return, I decided to leave and try my luck with customer service. I still have not received any kind of compensation for the money and time I wasted. Don’t spend your money here.
