Ordered a veggie and it was delivered with ham in it. Simple request shockingly executed
Every single time I have come to this Jimmy John's they are "out of bread" you're a sandwich shop, how are you ALWAYS out of bread? Don't waste your time going to this location.
Would have left 0 stars if possible. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 15 min later at store. Was told they were “out of bread” and it would be 45 minutes. Why would you still be taking orders if you couldn’t make them? Why didn’t you call me so I could have ordered from another store? Zero interest in customer service.
Freaking slow is how they roll at this place, bunch of teenager looking staff just chatting until I asked about my order which was just sitting there
