Today was a huge disappointment on many levels. I ordered through the app before making the 15 minute drive to this location. Upon arriving I was told it would be a wait. I went up every 5-10 to see where the sandwich was at, I was quickly running out of time on my lunch hour. Finally, 45 minutes after placing the order (what happened to "freaky fast"?), I received my sandwich, chips and drink cup. I went to this Jimmy John’s on 3rd street today (9/11/2025) and had the absolute worst experience. First, walking into the store an entire team of soccer players were in there dining. This wasn’t Jimmy John’s fault, but after walking up the counter and asking if my pick up order was ready, I barely got an answer from the girl at the register. She didn’t want to be there. Order two regular un-whiches, and not only did they get the order wrong and have to remake it, but it was over $17 and not even worth $10. 4 oz of meat wrapped in a piece of lettuce for $8 a piece
