My sandwich had 1 piece oh ham cut in half to make it seem like more. Ridiculous. Paying $10 for one slice of ham. I wish I could attach the photo but it doesn’t give me the option.
I used to love the Vito sandwich from JJ, however, my husband just surprised me with one and it was not good at all. The sandwich is smaller with less meat, felt like I bit into a bread sandwich. And my husband got a Gargantuan, it’s the size of a regular sandwich. And both sandwiches were tasteless, how can a sandwich with all Italian meats be tasteless? Not cool JJ, not cool. Rude customer service, staff eating off the food trays that are supposed to be meant to hold the bread. The ingredients are not fresh at all. Worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to and I will definitely not come back.
