This is the worst Jimmy John’s I think I’ve ever been to. The person that took my order asked for the order four times, the guy making my family’s sandwiches had to retake our order. After 20 minutes waiting for the sandwich I ask for a refund and the staff refused. This Jimmy John’s is not freaky fast just poorly managed.
These guys can’t do fast.
Freaky slow... There’s JJ’s locations that have my sandwich ready before i find my card! This is the exact opposite every visit. I need fast. Time is money. Might as well phone in, go shopping at Home Depot and come back. Get it together!
Rude employee, bad service.
The service went down!! I used to go here all the time and never had a problem. The last 2 times have been terrible. Sandwich is so sloppy and they are always missing peppers when I add peppers. I'm done with this location.
