Ordered delivery they sent through Uber eats and of course never arrived called Jimmy John's there is nothing they can do calling u er eats
Bathroom had no changing table. Was not clean. Service was freaky slow. No issues with the food itself when it finally came out.
I did a mobile order, pulled up to the drive-through waited a couple minutes without anyone speaking. Pulled up to the window and waited almost 20 minutes two sandwiches. I spent $40 for two sandwiches . Got home to see that they didn’t even follow the instructions to put no tomato no mayo. I feel like every time I go here there’s always an issue. I placed an order for a box of sandwiches for Sunday the 29th, but I put the wrong date in and was for the 30th. The staff worked with me to correct my order date and get my sandwiches done “freaky fast”. I appreciate their willingness to complete my order and correct my error. Thanks so much!
