Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery and only received 2. I called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers Saturday 07/11/2026 at 12:30 who asked me if I would be able to come and pick it up. When I told her no that’s why I opted for delivery she told me the only way I was getting my sandwich was to come pick it up. When I asked her to refund the sandwich she refused to refund it because I got the other 2. When I asked for her store ID and supervisor contact info she refused to provide that info. This bad review is a long time coming. This store has gone downhill for the last two years. Every order has an issue. I called manager one time and he was so condescending and rude I ended up hanging up. There is always an item missing, I've finally had it, it's too expensive to be paying for things and not receiving them! I'm always way too nice and don't say anything, I'm done being nice. I’m very disappointed about the way I was handled here. I have IBS and I went to Jimmy John’s because this is one of my safe foods. I ordered my food for 9am and no one was at the window at this time. When I got home and opened my sandwich I saw a very sloppy sandwich with no meat in it I called to get it remade and was told by the manager that she could only refund my money due to a policy.
