Thought I ordered tuna. I did not have tuna.
Called and ordered 2 sandwiches. The kid taking the order had a hard time understanding the order. Finally got him to confirm the correct things I wanted. Picked up the order, confirmed with the kid again what the sandwiches should be after they were wrapped. Got home. Sandwiches were wrong.
I cover 7 states and eat at Jimmy Johns almost everyday. Place is the worst Jimmy Johns in the 7 states that I cover. By far. Always nice kids working but just can't seem to do anything right. Constant mistakes.
Showed up at 1pm and wasn't open.
So im putting this out to who owns this place. Ive been having so many ppl call my store which is located next to this jimmy johns. I guess JJ didnt have a staff member show up today and there have been soooo many people angry the store isn't open and im getting phone calls and ppl coming into my store about it.
