I’ve tried to come to this location two times in the past week - both at 5:15 or 5:30 pm - well before the posted closing time of 7 - and it’s been closed.
I ordered a Beach Club sandwich delivery because I had a meeting at work. They delivered the wrong sandwich (ham and mayo) and because I was in a meeting I went ahead and ate it after taking a picture of it. I then called and requested a credit for the correct sandwich at a future date. They refused because I had eaten the wrong sandwich even though I had pictures. Giving 5 stars as the customer service and support this location is top notch! They were prepared to make a bulk order of sandwiches for my class when my catering from another restaurant didn’t show! I really appreciate them and looking forward to continuing to patron this location!
