Not Even open hand it should be
Drove out of my way to this location. He said he was closed and wouldn’t serve us. It was 4:30 p.m.
I made a mistake and ordered a foot long sandwich plus chips. I then noticed there was a combo with a drink for lesser money. When I asked if I could at least get the drink, the guy replied “for free?” No, not for free; I just paid more for no drink! He replied, you would have had to ask for this when you ordered. Forget about it… he isn’t smart and the customer service is terrible. If you can go to another JJ do that instead…

I’ve tried to come to this location two times in the past week - both at 5:15 or 5:30 pm - well before the posted closing time of 7 - and it’s been closed.
