I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, but the last 2 times I’ve gone to this location I’ve been met with a very rude worker. She has thick eyeliner and gives me a lot of attitude regardless of how nice I am. It really ruins my experience here.

Went to Jimmy John’s at 8:50 pm to get supper before work, I could see 3-4 employees inside and there were cars in the parking lot. When I went to the drive-through to place an order I was ignored and ended up leaving after waiting several minutes for service. This store is usually good about being open until 9 (as advertised) so I hope this isn’t going to be the new norm.

​I’ve been a regular at this Jimmy John’s for a while now, and they truly set the standard for what a "neighborhood spot" should be. ​First off, the store is always spotless. It’s clear the team takes pride in the environment, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently prompt and friendly.
