2nd time in Jimmy John downtown. The service is beyond poor, the young gurl at the counter seems to be racist, yes just what I said and nooo I'm not pulling the racist card. I ordered the 1st time, she took my order, had 2 other people come after my order gave them their order before me. I asked why they received the order before me, no response or nothing just rolled her eyes...I'm like umm ok, whatever. The Italian is my go to here
Ordered my food and waited an hour. Said out for delivery for over 45 minutes. I was only 2 minutes from the building. Unbelievablely rude customer service on the phone. Was hung up on. Very bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND JIMMY JOHNS IN DAYTON
The #5 got me through my break up. Thank god for jimmy johns
