They should try to be open for later hours, especially when there are nearby performances, so people can grab a bite to eat before the show, instead of closing at 6! For the Loft Theatre show, the doors open at 6:30 for a 7:30 performance. Would be nice to get an item to eat there, or to-go to be able to eat at the tables in the Loft lobby.

I’m not one to make a lot of comments, but I think the staff can be a bit rude at times. Not to me. But to those less fortunate. When I went to this specific store I was dining in and a gentleman came and asked for the cheapest thing on the menu. The cashier said that he could get bread for about 50¢. He asked if there was anything else he could probably have and they said no. So he left. AFTER he left the staff made fun of the guy with other customers and laughed at him. 2nd time in Jimmy John downtown. The service is beyond poor, the young gurl at the counter seems to be racist, yes just what I said and nooo I'm not pulling the racist card. I ordered the 1st time, she took my order, had 2 other people come after my order gave them their order before me. I asked why they received the order before me, no response or nothing just rolled her eyes...I'm like umm ok, whatever.
