Ok, so here's the deal. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches and swing by this location regularly even though it's often out of my way. The employees are very friendly and the drive-thru service is efficient, even during the lunch rush. They have very fair prices, too, and the Jimmy Chips are so good. However, I am getting really tired of them not making the modifications I ask for. Mind you, I am not a diva. I ask to add onions and hot peppers, and to cut the sandwich in half. That's it. Matt and the Jimmy John’s team are fantastic. The customer service is great. Not only that , Matt the owner, is very supportive of the teachers at Intermountain Christian School across the street.
I was in Utah for a few days and Jimmy John's was walking distance from my hotel. The three young ladies there are very friendly and polite I enjoyed stopping in there
15 min to get two sandos. Guess that means we have the only slow Jimmy Johns in the world :/
