I ordered 1 giant sub online at 6:31 PM for delivery and it didn't arrive until 7:27 PM. That's longer than it takes to get a pizza. Sub is good, delivery time was horrible!
Requested no tomatoes on my sandwich. Put tomatoes on my sandwich. If they can't maintain order accuracy they don't deserve good review. Jimmy John's is still failing in order accuracy. Ordered a #10 with added bacon, got charged for added bacon, and received no bacon.
