I usually have stellar service from this location. Today not so much. I placed my order at 12:20 and it’s now 1:57. Called the store and my order went out for delivery over an hour ago. I also ordered a soda so that will probably be watered down. Ugh and now my lunch is over and no food yet.
Pretty bummed about my Jimmy John's order today. It was my first order from this location. About $10.50 for chips and a sandwich that arrived 50 minutes after I had ordered. When branding all over your product advertises speed, you'd expect your food within a reasonable amount of time. Quite disappointed and will order elsewhere in the future. No hard feelings, but I'm not big on paying that much for an hour old sandwich.
Our company bought boxed lunches from there today. I had a Big John it was very disappointing. It had one very thin slice of roast beef with lettuce and tomato on it. Glad I wasn't paying for it out of pocket.
