I’ve been here several times. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. I ordered a club tuna to go. For whatever reason, I unwrap it and the entire sub was wet. The sub was thrown together and was a complete mess. If this is how they are making their subs now, I definitely won’t be back.
I signed up for it in the App, and made my first order through the App. They had a Labor Day Weekend discount, which motivated me to order through the App. It also gave me a bonus for my first order. With the discount, it was reasonably priced because the food was delicious. Because I had not been at Jimmy John's before, they put online orders on a shelf in the lobby. 30+ minutes wait for a pick up all while you make orders that came in after
I came by super late and they made me a sandwich fast. Very nice staff, especially right before close. Thank you guys!
I just picked up a gift card for my son but it smelled great in the restaurant and the guy that rang me up was super nice!
