awful, this company is just awful. paying there employees minimum wage and keeping them struggling while they see profit millions and laugh all the way to the bank. Jimmy Johns is what's wrong with the world.

Jimmy you lost my business today.....you’ve raised your delivery fee to $3.00and that doesn’t even go to the delivery driver....what exactly does it go for??? Oh and the delivery gal said they were lowering the deliver charge.....$.75 per sandwich which now means several of your office mates won’t be splitting the used to be delivery fee of $2.00 but instead you will be making MORE $$$ on delivery fees....you may be fast but my $5.95 sandwich just cost me over $12...SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
RecommendedEven though this location doesn’t have a drive through they “delivered” to their parking lot so I didn’t have to wake 2 sleeping babies! Thank you for great service!!

I've been going here for years and always had good experiences. But this week, a group of five people from my office ordered lunch from here, and all five orders were incorrect. I ordered lunch today, and that one sandwich was incorrect. What's going on over there?
