Ordered a hour and half, still no sandwich. Was told they were too busy working on in house orders. Definitely not going to order again. That is no way to run a business putting your to go orders behind in house orders. Do them in the order they are received. Super disappointed.
Ordered lunch at 12:12 pm and just received it at 1:12 pm. Manager made an excuse about the driver cancelling the order in the computer to show it was delivered and then grabbing the order along with three other orders to rectify the mistake. No offer of a discount or any offer to make my delivery first. Just a laugh and you will get it soon. Straw for my drink was crushed at the bottom of the bag. No ice left in my drink. Sandwich looks thrown together by a child.
What’s the point in getting delivery when every time you order they mess it up and you have to go there anyways.

They took my money claimed they never got my order . I even offered to show them my card statement . Said theirs nothing they could do about it and on top of that one of their workers were screaming in the back ground I will never give my service to them again . I’ve been a loyal customer for years not anymore
food is nasty employees r RUDE!!! AND THE TRASH BY THE DUMPSTER NEEDS TO GO IN THE DUMPSTER ITS NOT MY JOB TO PUT UR TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER.AND IF ITS NOT IN THE DUMPSTER THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT!! because it's not there job to put it in there either!!and I'm the one who filled the DUMPSTER today it doesn't fill itself!!
I ordered an hour and 30 minutes ago and my order is STILL not out for delivery! The service here is terrible. I called after an hour and they said “we are busy, hopefully it’ll be out soon”. There is absolutely no reason a sandwich should take this long.
